All flight cancellations are subject to the specific airline’s terms and conditions. Our team will guide you through the cancellation process and help determine the eligibility for a refund or credit, based on the airline’s policy.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (for flights scheduled at least 7 days later) may be eligible for a full refund, as per airline policies.
• For cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking, standard airline cancellation fees will apply.
• Some special or promotional fares may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
To cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Cancellations are only considered valid once confirmed by our team and acknowledged via email or SMS.
Once a cancellation request is approved, the processing time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the airline and the nature of the ticket. We will inform you of the status at each stage of the process.
If a cancellation request is submitted too close to the departure time (generally within 4 hours of departure), it may be considered a “late cancellation” and may not qualify for any refund. Please check your fare conditions or reach out to our team in advance.
If the traveler does not arrive for the flight and has not canceled beforehand, it will be marked as a “No Show” and no refund will be processed as per airline rules.
